Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte


It's that time of the year again.  Everywhere you go, pumpkin is impossible to avoid!  Pumpkin pie, pumpkin ice cream, pumpkin cakes and cookies.  Pumpkin aroma fills the air at all of your most frequented restaurants.  Your friends are eager to share this year's pumpkin Pinterest recipe finds on their social media feed.  Even your colleague's morning cup of Joe is a reminder that pumpkin season has arrived.  

It sounds like I am complaining, but the truth is I love it!  Pumpkin is the first sign that the holiday season is right around the corner.  When pumpkin appears, Thanksgiving and Christmas are soon to follow.  It is by far my favorite time of year.  

Being on keto can be difficult during this time.  Most pumpkin treats are loaded with sugar and carbs.  Needless to say these are both off-limits if you want to stay in ketosis.  Luckily we live in a time where finding delicious keto friendly options is at our finger tips!  

For those of you that follow me, you know that I am a huge fan of coffee, especially Starbucks coffee!  I used to LOVE Starbucks pumpkin spice latte.  I still desire it when I pick up my coffee this time of year.  I decided this year that rather than fight the temptation, I will come up with a recipe of my own. 

This keto pumpkin spice latte recipe is keto friendly and absolutely delicious.  While it doesn't taste exactly like a Starbucks pumpkin spice latte, it certainly satisfies my cravings.  I can now have my daily dose of pumpkin, the keto way!  


  • 6 ounces water

  • 2 tbsp coffee

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp cloves

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin

  • 7 drops stevia


1.  Brew the coffee.  

2.  While coffee is brewing, place all other ingredients in a blender (I use a Nutribullet).  

3.  Add brewed coffee to blender and blend all ingredients together.  

4.  Serve in your favorite coffee mug.  Enjoy!
