Keto Easter Chocolates | Low Carb High Fat Recipe

Hello everyone!  I hope you're enjoying your week.  With Easter coming up, I thought it would be great to share my Keto Easter Chocolate recipe that I've been enjoying for the past couple of weeks.  These are also known as fat bombs in the keto world.  This recipe is great for a ketogenic diet, paleo diet or low carb high fat diet.  They are sugar free and full of healthy fats that your body needs.  I promise you won't even miss your sugary candy bars after eating my keto easter chocolates. I honestly think these taste way better than any sugary chocolate I've eaten.  The best part is I don't feel a bit of guilt eating them!

Keto Easter Chocolates (Low Carb High Fat Recipe)

4 tbsp butter

4tbsp coconut butter

4 tbsp almond or peanut butter

1 cup coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

6 tbsp cocoa powder

4 tbsp stevia or truvia

1.  In a sauce pan, melt together the butter, coconut butter, and almond or peanut butter on medium-low heat.  Stir until blended well.

2.   Mix in all other ingredients.  Stir until completely blended and melted together.

3.  Using a funnel, pour the chocolate sauce into chocolate molds.

4.  Refrigerate until solid.

5.  Take chocolate out of molds.  Enjoy!

Tip:  Make sure you keep the chocolates refrigerated until ready to eat.  They melt very quickly!
