Super Gains Pack Updates
Super Gains Pack just made a few updates to their subscriptions boxes. Before they had 3 box options (Gains, Big Gains, and Super Gains) but now they have consolidated the options to one box. They now give you the option of a male or female box, which I think is great since they now include a fitness apparel item in their box as well (I LOVE my fitness swag). They have also partnered with a well-know fitness brand, DedFit Apparel.
They have term options of month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month, or annual for your subscription. Prices range from $31.99 to $34.99 depending on the plan you choose. To me this is a STEAL, you’ll see why once you see everything that comes in the box!

Super Gains Pack Review
I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of items and the generous serving sizes of some of the supplements included in the box. For example, the BCAAs from Labrada Nutrition included in this box contains 5 servings! That’s enough for a full week at the gym! Another thing I love is that all of the protein is very low-carb and low-sugar. Since I am on a low-carb, low-sugar diet, this is something I look for in all of my supplements, especially protein powders where they often sneak in carbs and sugar.
It did have a couple of things I don’t use. It had some sleeping pills that I won’t be using because I have no problems sleeping. If anything I have a tendency to sleep too much! Luckily, this was just a tiny package. They also included a high-carb supplement for endurance athletes which I will probably give to a friend. The great thing is if I don’t use something I very likely know someone that will, however the majority of products are things I use on a regular basis (protein, BCAAs, shaker bottle, pre-workout). I also love that there are plenty of new pre-workout supplements for me to try. It can be quite hard to pick a good pre-workout without trying it out first, but now that I have my Super Gains Pack I won’t have to worry about that!
