Vanilla Berry Blast Fat-Burning Smoothie

If you are always looking for easy ways to get in a serving of fruits and veggies,  there may be no easier way than blending them together into a delicious, refreshing smoothie. Here is a quick and easy recipe for a sweet treat that is as healthy as it is tasty! The only equipment you need is a good blender (I used my nutribullet).  I hope you enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

1 cup of leafy greens (I used kale)

1 cup mixed frozen berries

1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein

Water (enough to just cover the ingredients or fill to the max line in your nutribullet)

Blender or nutribullet

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients into your blender or nutribullet and blend until smooth.  Drink up....told you it's quick and easy!
